Refund Policy
At AstroKashi, we strive to provide exceptional astrology services and high-quality astrology-related products. To ensure transparency and clarity, we have formulated our Refund Policy as follows:
1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only on physical products purchased from our e-commerce section (such as gemstones, rudraksha, yantras, astrology books, and other related items). Refunds are NOT applicable for astrology services, including but not limited to:
- ✅ Eligible for Refund: Physical astrology-related products (if defective, damaged, or incorrect item received)
- ❌ Not Eligible for Refund: Astrology consultations, Personalized reports & horoscopes, Chat or call-based astrology services, Puja, rituals, or other spiritual services, Digital products (e-books, reports, downloadable content)
2. Refund Conditions for Physical Products
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- A refund request must be raised within 48 hours of product delivery.
- Clear images/videos as proof must be provided.
Note: We do not offer refunds based on personal beliefs or dissatisfaction with astrological effectiveness. Refunds will be processed only after claim verification.
3. How to Request a Refund?
- Email us at contact@astrokashi.in with Order ID, issue details, and media proof.
- Our team will review and respond within 3–5 business days.
- Return the item as instructed, if applicable.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Astrology services cannot be canceled or refunded. Rescheduling may be considered.
- Product orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
5. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
- Customized astrology reports
- Personalized horoscope charts
- Used/damaged products due to mishandling
- Products returned without prior approval
