In Astrokashi, we try to provide extraordinary astrology services and high quality astrology products. To ensure transparency and clarity, we have created our refund policy as follows:
1. Refund eligibility
We only provide refunds on physical products purchased from our e-commerce section (such as gems, Rudraksha, yantas, astrology books and other related items). Refunds are not applicable to astrology services, including, but not limited:
- ✅ Eligible for refund: product related to physical astrology (if obtained faulty, damaged, or wrong items)
- ❌ No eligible for refund: astrology, personal report and horoscope, chat or call-based astrology services, worship, rituals, or other spiritual services, digital products (e-books, reports, downloadable materials)
2. Return for physical products
- The product obtained is damaged, defective or incorrect.
- The product should be unused and in its original packaging.
- A refund request should be raised within 48 hours of product distribution.
- The clear picture/video should be provided as proof.
Note: We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with personal beliefs or astrological effectiveness. The refund will be processed only after claim verification.
3. How to request refund?
- Email on contact@astrokashi.in with order ID, release details and media proofs.
- Our team will review and respond within 3-5 commercial days.
- If applicable, return the items as instructions.
- The approved refund will be processed within 7-10 commercial days
4. Cancellation policy
- Astrology services cannot be canceled or refunded. Revision can be considered.
- Product orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
5. Non-worthy and non-purpose items
- Adapted astrology report
- Individual horoscope chart
- Accident due to use/damaged products
- Product returned without prior approval
