3. General detail

Astrokashi is an online astrology forum that offers Vedic astrology services, horoscope analysis, tarot reading, numerology and vastu consultation through calls, chats and videos. It provides both free and payment services. Free services can be accessed without registration, while paid services require membership.

Provide accurate and updated personal information.
Keep the necessary information to ensure authenticity and update.

4. Registration and eligibility

Under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, users must be 18 years or older to enter into a legally binding contract.
Users under the age of 18 can ask questions related to astrology through a guardian.
Registration requires a valid phone number, OTP, email or social logoch.
Many accounts per user are not allowed; Creating many accounts can cause suspension.
Users should maintain the confidentiality of login credentials. Astrokashi is not responsible for any unauthorized account access.

5. Call with astrologer facility

Astrokashi provides real-time astrology consultation through calls and chats. Using this feature, you agree to receive the call, even if your number is on the DND (not disturbing) on the registry.

First Free Call/Chat: Each new user is eligible for a free session (up to 150 seconds, per user) if they have never registered on Astrokashi before

6. User account access

Astrokashi reserves the right to reach the user accounts to address quality control, customer support and complaints. Please watch out for our privacy policy for more defined details on data handling.

7. Breach and end

False, misleading, or incomplete information provided during registration.
Any legal risk or liability was given to astrokashi or other users.
Violation of privacy policies or inappropriate behavior.

For astrologers and service providers: Your relationship with Astrokashi is independent, and the profile will end the profile as a result of any violation of agreed conditions.

8. Restricted materials and prohibited activities

8.1 Child crisis and exploitation

Child abuse, grooming, sexualization, smuggling, or exploitation.
Any material that encourages self-loss, suicide or harmful behavior towards minors.

8.2 Inappropriate content and hatred speech

Pornography, nudity, or sexual solicitation.
A indecent language based on breed, religion, gender, nationality, caste or disability.
Graphic violence, terrorism, or self-loss.
Insult, oppression, blackmail, or danger.

8.3 Dangerous and illegal products

Explosives, firearms, drugs, alcohol, or psychotropic substances.
Black magic, witchcraft, voodoo, or tantra-related practices.

Any violation can result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

9. Astrokashi Services

It does not control third party sites linked to the platform.
It is not responsible for any misinterpretation, errors or misleading information from third party sources.
It does not guarantee results, as astrology is based on interpretations and belief systems.

10. Errors, modifications and discontinuation of services

Astrokashi does not guarantee that the site is free of errors or free from interruption.
It holds back the right to curate, suspend or interrupt services at any time without notifying.

11. Law and Juridsiction

Any disagreements related to these terms must be resolved by arbitration in New Delhi, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Law, 1996.
Any legal process will fit under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
