1. UPDATION OF TERMS

AstroKashi reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users are responsible for periodically reviewing these terms to ensure compliance.

2. USER CONSENT

By accessing and using AstroKashi, you (“Member,” “You,” “Your”) expressly consent to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the website or clicking “I AGREE.” Continued use signifies your acceptance and legal agreement to these terms.

3. GENERAL DESCRIPTION

AstroKashi is an online astrology platform offering Vedic astrology services, Kundli analysis, tarot reading, numerology, and Vastu consultation through call, chat, and video. It provides both Free and Paid Services. Free Services can be accessed without registration, while Paid Services require membership.

  • Provide accurate and updated personal information.
  • Maintain and update information as required to ensure authenticity.

4. REGISTRATION & ELIGIBILITY

  • Users must be 18 years or older to enter a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
  • Users under 18 can ask astrology-related queries through a guardian.
  • Registration requires a valid phone number, OTP, email, or social login (Google/Facebook).
  • Multiple accounts per user are not allowed; creating multiple accounts may result in suspension.
  • Users must maintain the confidentiality of login credentials. AstroKashi is not liable for any unauthorized account access.

5. CALL WITH ASTROLOGER FEATURE

AstroKashi offers real-time astrology consultations via calls and chat. By using this feature, you consent to receiving calls even if your number is on the DND (Do Not Disturb) registry.

First Free Call/Chat: Each new user is eligible for a free session (up to 150 seconds, varies per user) if they have never registered on AstroKashi before.

6. USER ACCOUNT ACCESS

AstroKashi reserves the right to access user accounts for quality control, customer support, and addressing complaints. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

7. BREACH & TERMINATION

  • False, misleading, or incomplete information provided during registration.
  • Any legal risk or liability posed to AstroKashi or other users.
  • Violation of privacy policies or inappropriate behaviour.

For Astrologers & Service Providers: Your relationship with AstroKashi is independent, and any violations of agreed terms will result in profile termination.

8. RESTRICTED CONTENT & PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

8.1 Child Endangerment & Exploitation

  • Child abuse, grooming, sexualization, trafficking, or exploitation.
  • Any material that encourages self-harm, suicide, or harmful behaviour towards minors.

8.2 Inappropriate Content & Hate Speech

  • Pornography, nudity, or sexual solicitation.
  • Hate speech based on race, religion, gender, nationality, caste, or disability.
  • Graphic violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
  • Bullying, harassment, blackmail, or threats.

8.3 Dangerous & Illegal Products

  • Explosives, firearms, drugs, alcohol, or psychotropic substances.
  • Black magic, witchcraft, voodoo, or Tantrism-related practices.

Any violation may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

9. ASTROKASHI SERVICES

  • It does not control third-party websites linked on the platform.
  • It is not liable for any misinterpretation, errors, or misleading information from third-party sources.
  • It does not guarantee results, as astrology is based on interpretations and belief systems.

10. ERRORS, MODIFICATIONS & SERVICE DISCONTINUATION

  • AstroKashi does not warrant that the website will be error-free or free from disruptions.
  • It reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

11. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

  • Any disputes related to these Terms of Use shall be resolved through arbitration in New Delhi, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
  • Any legal proceedings shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
